인터뷰 후 Thank you letter 템플릿

 

 

최근에 상담을 진행하다가, Thank you letter 템플릿 어떤거 쓰시냐는 질문을 받았습니다.

그래서 오늘은 제가 사용하는 템플릿 하나를 공유하고자 합니다.

주변 친구들에게도 한 번씩 물어봐서 점검 해달라고 했고, 피드백을 거쳤으니 아마 믿고 사용하셔도 좋을 듯 합니다.

 

Thank you letter를 보내기 좋은 시기

개인차가 존재하겠지만, 저는 개인적으로 좀 빠르게 follow-up을 보내는 편입니다. 오전에 인터뷰를 받았다면, 당일 오후 퇴근할 때 즈음부터 1-2일 안에 보내시면 좋다고 생각합니다.

 Good afternoon Bryan,

Thank you so much for meeting with me today. I appreciated your transparency and easygoing demeanor. It was a pleasure to learn more about the position and company culture. It sounds like a rewarding role, especially given the opportunities for collaboration and business impact.

I am excited to utilize my skill sets I have honed throughout my career in relationship building, process improvement, and people development to help foster the success and growht of the business.

I look forward to hearing from you about the next steps in the hiring process. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can provide additional information.

기본은 이 정도에서 시작하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 템플릿이라고 해도 본인의 스킬 셋이나 포지션/회사에서 나에게 중점적으로 물어봤던 내용들을 강조해서 custom 하시는 것 절대 잊지 마시구요.
